And God has made all things new, and reconciled us to himself, and given us the ministry of reconciling others to God. In other words, it was through the Anointed One that God was shepherding the world, not even keeping records of their transgressions, and he has entrusted to us the ministry of opening the door of reconciliation to God. We are ambassadors of the Anointed One who carry the message of Christ to the world, as though God were tenderly pleading with them directly through our lips. So we tenderly plead with you on Christ’s behalf, “Turn back to God and be reconciled to him.”– 2 Corinthians 5:18-20 TPT
At In Harmonie, we believe that when we find our rest in Christ, we are restored and reconciled; from that place we are released to be His ambassadors in the world. We are called to intentionally create opportunities for rest, restoration, and reconciliation for Christian servant-leaders and ministries across Africa and beyond
Rooted in God’s presence and His Word, we provide a space where leaders can rest and leave refreshed, where relationships can develop and be strengthened, and where hope is restored. As God restores, strengthens, and equips His people, they are empowered to carry His love, His Word, and His light into the communities they serve.
Here at In Harmonie, transformation begins in the presence of the Lord—through silence and solitude, through the quiet moments of prayer and reflection—and flows outward, shaping leaders, strengthening the Church, and advancing God’s Kingdom in the world.

The Pilgrimage for Leaders is a spiritual formation leadership journey that in Harmonie presents across one year to invest in a prayerfully selected group of servant leaders across South Africa. As sojourners we reflect on our own personal journeys of leadership; the context of the community where we serve; and what God is doing in the broader context of South Africa, to see how we may partner with Him, and one another.
Within these shared stories you will discover hearts reignited, faith restored, and lives gently re-oriented toward God’s purpose. Every testimony becomes a living echo: that when we actually clear space — in our schedules, our minds, our souls — God shows up in subtle and powerful ways. They remind us that the sacred pause yields more than rest: peace restores us, hope revives us, and direction begins to form. And often what changes first isn’t our circumstances, but the posture of our hearts — from frantic striving to surrendered trust, from burden to belonging, from confusion to clarity.
